This
project looked at the isolation of purified barium chloride/sulphate from a
metal finishing waste that would otherwise be nothing more than a financial and
environmental liability.
Application: Metal finishing,
electronics and medical industry
Extraction
& purification of nickel from industrial plating waste:
A simplistic isolation and purification of
nickel as its sulphate from electroless plating waste. The process involves the re-use of the
complexation agent and generation of a nickel depleted material offering potential
agricultural and fine chemical usage.
Application: Plating industry and agriculture
